Top-Notch Amenities for a Balanced Student Life

The Balaji Education Campus hostel offers a secure, spacious environment for both men and women, with pollution-free surroundings. The campus canteen provides nutritious snacks, while the mess ensures hygienic, well-balanced meals. Mess timings: Breakfast (7:00 AM - 8:30 AM), Lunch (12:30 PM - 2:00 PM), Dinner (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM).

Hostel Regulations

Guidelines for a Harmonious Stay

  • Admission & Stay: Only students of Balaji College are allowed to stay in the hostel. Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Hostel Fees: Must be paid in advance. Late payment may lead to penalties or cancellation of the hostel facility.
  • Identity Card: All residents must carry their hostel ID at all times.
  • Timings:
    • Girls’ Hostel: Entry & exit allowed only between 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
    • Boys’ Hostel: Entry & exit allowed only between 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
    • Silence Hours: Maintain silence from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a peaceful study environment.
  • Prohibited Activities: Smoking, alcohol consumption, drug use, gambling, and ragging are strictly prohibited. Violation may lead to strict disciplinary action.
  • Visitors: Only parents/guardians are allowed to visit during designated hours. Visitors must register at the reception.
  • Dress Code: Residents should dress modestly in common areas.
  • Room & Property Maintenance:
    • Cleanliness: Students must keep their rooms and hostel premises clean. Random inspections will be conducted.
    • Damage to Property: Any damage to hostel property will be charged to the resident(s) responsible.
    • Electrical Appliances: Use of high-power appliances like heaters, induction cookers, and irons is not allowed in rooms.
    • Personal Belongings: The hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Keep valuables locked.
    • Strictly Prohibited Activities:
      • Ragging
      • Alcohol / Drugs / Smoking / Tobbaco
